Sara is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Kingdom Academy, with extensive experience in leading teams to deliver apprenticeships, accredited qualifications, and bespoke training solutions across various sectors.

Passionate about driving growth and maintaining the highest standards of quality, Sara ensures Kingdom Academy provides impactful learning programmes that support both individuals and organisations. With a proven track record from leadership roles at Umbrella Training, Avado, and QA Apprenticeships, Sara brings a collaborative, people-focused approach to her work, fostering continuous improvement and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Matt Hoyle

Head Of
Operations

Matt Hoyle is the Head of Operations at Kingdom Academy, bringing over 15 years of experience in the Further Education sector. Specialising in operational oversight, client relationships, and funding compliance, Matt ensures the smooth delivery of apprenticeship and commercial training programmes.

With a proven track record in managing teams, resource planning, and maintaining regulatory compliance, Matt’s expertise is pivotal in supporting Kingdom Academy’s operational excellence. Known for his collaborative and solution-oriented approach, Matt focuses on developing team potential and building strong partnerships with employers to ensure successful outcomes for learners and stakeholders alike.

Thomas Collins

HEAD OF
DELIVERY

Tom Collins is the Head of Delivery at Kingdom Academy, with extensive experience in designing, managing, and evaluating learning programmes that deliver meaningful impact. Passionate about bridging skills gaps and fostering lifelong learning, Tom ensures every programme supports individuals and organisations in achieving their goals.

With a 21-year career in FE and Apprenticeships, Tom has a proven track record of leading teams to develop innovative training models, exceed performance targets, and enhance satisfaction. His collaborative and learner-first approach ensures Kingdom Academy delivers exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders.

Christine Coxon

Quality Manager

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Christine Coxon is the Quality Manager at Kingdom Academy, responsible for leading the organisation’s preparations for Ofsted inspections and ensuring full compliance with the Education Inspection Framework (EIF). She develops and implements strategies to embed quality across all areas of delivery, maintaining high standards for learners and employers, and ensuring provision remains aligned with industry requirements. Christine also oversees Kingdom Academy’s Safeguarding strategy, ensuring policies and practices prioritise the wellbeing of learners and staff.

With over 14 years of experience at ProVQ Ltd, Christine has built a strong background in education and quality management. She began her career as a Key Skills Teacher before progressing to Learner Support and Functional Skills Manager, and later to Quality Manager. Her expertise in learner support, functional skills, and quality assurance underpins her commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment.

Tracy Antrobus

IQA

Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Tracy is an experienced Quality Manager and Internal Quality Assurer with a strong background in education, training, and vocational assessment. She brings over eight years’ experience working across quality assurance, programme management, and teaching and learning roles within the skills and training sector.

Having held senior quality positions at Learning Skills Partnership and other providers, Tracy has extensive hands-on experience of internal quality assurance processes, assessment compliance, standardisation, and regulatory frameworks. Her work has consistently focused on ensuring assessment decisions are fair, robust, and fully aligned with awarding body and funding requirements.

Tracy is known for her practical, detail-focused approach and her ability to support assessors and delivery teams to maintain high standards without unnecessary complexity. She combines a clear understanding of quality frameworks with a collaborative style that helps organisations embed good practice rather than simply audit it.

As an IQA for Kingdom Academy, Tracy plays a key role in safeguarding the integrity of assessment, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring learners receive a fair, consistent, and high-quality experience throughout their qualification journey.
