National Apprenticeship Week 2026
How Kingdom Academy Supports Apprenticeships
Celebrating Skills That Shape Careers
National Apprenticeship Week is an opportunity to recognise the real impact apprenticeships have on individuals, organisations and communities. Across housing, construction and leadership, apprenticeships are helping to build skilled, confident professionals and stronger teams.
At Kingdom Academy, we work with employers and learners every day to deliver training that supports competence, progression and long-term career development. This week is a chance to highlight those achievements and the people behind them.
Supporting Employers and Learners
Apprenticeships are not just about qualifications. They are about building capability, improving performance and creating clear pathways into rewarding careers. Employers gain skilled, motivated staff, and learners gain knowledge, confidence and practical experience that makes a real difference in the workplace.
We are proud to support organisations across the sector to develop their people, meet professional standards and invest in the future of their workforce.

Celebrating Apprentice Success
Proud To Have Eve Jakeman Named CIH Apprentice of the Year!
We are proud to celebrate the achievements of our learners, and this year we were delighted to see one of our Housing and Property Management apprentices recognised at a national level.
Eve Jakeman, an apprentice at West Lancashire Borough Council, was named CIH Apprentice of the Year. Her journey shows the real impact apprenticeships can have, not only on individuals but on workplaces and communities too.
Eve began her apprenticeship with no prior experience in housing but quickly showed curiosity, initiative and a strong willingness to learn. By working across different teams, she built confidence, supported fellow apprentices and contributed to resident engagement work that made a real difference in the community.
Like many learners, Eve also faced challenges along the way, but her determination, preparation and commitment to improving helped her continue to grow and succeed.
Congratulations, Eve, on being named CIH Apprentice of the Year. We are proud to have supported your journey.
