Delivered entirely in the workplace and supported by one-to-one assessor guidance, this qualification combines advanced construction management skills with evidence-based assessment. It equips professionals to plan and oversee projects, coordinate resources, maintain safety and quality systems, and ensure projects are delivered to programme and budget. Covering areas such as project planning, resource allocation, compliance, and leadership, the programme ensures learners can manage building, residential, or contracting operations projects with confidence and professionalism.

The mandatory units include:
