Stage Two
Core Competence Development
The SVQ is made up of a set of mandatory units covering the essential competences required at professional management level, alongside optional units that allow you to tailor the qualification to your role. Your assessor will guide you in selecting the optional units that best reflect your responsibilities and career goals across building and civil engineering, residential development, or contracting operations management.
