Kingdom Academy proudly partners with Erosh, the national consortium for older people’s housing and support. This collaboration supports the launch of a tailored CIH qualification pathway, designed specifically for professionals working in the Independent Living sector. Starting October 2025, Erosh members can enrol in the Kingdom Academy Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice (Independent Living Services), a qualification built to reflect the real-world needs of the sector and the evolving roles within it. And that’s just the beginning. A Level 4 pathway is coming in early 2026, ensuring continued professional development and recognition for those working in this vital area.

SHiP Conference 2025 – Thursday 18th September
Kingdom Academy will be attending this years SHiP Conference 2025 in Leeds. CSO Sara Roberts and Head of Delivery Tom Colins will deliver two Competency Standard: Professionalising Housing workshops at this years conference. SHiP is a leading voice for housing associations who provide supported housing. Kingdom Academy proudly partner with SHiP, a membership organisation providing a forum for information sharing, training and development of best practice across supported housing. Kingdom Academy hope to use these workshops to open dialogue with SHiP Conference attendees, to provide a forum for discussion and cut through the noise surrounding the incoming Competency & Conduct Standard October 2026.
