CIH Membership for our Housing Learners

Choosing a housing qualification is about more than achieving a recognised certificate. It is about building knowledge, developing professionally and becoming part of a wider housing community.

As part of our partnership with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), eligible learners studying housing qualifications with Kingdom Academy can apply for CIH Standard Membership (CIHM) at the concessionary membership rate.

Membership gives you access to professional resources, industry updates and development opportunities that can support you throughout your career in housing.

Who is eligible?

If you are enrolled on one of our eligible housing qualifications, you can apply for CIH concessionary learner membership at the reduced learner rate.

Please note: CIH membership is not included in your Kingdom Academy course fees. Membership is optional and, if you choose to apply, the membership fee is paid directly by you to CIH. Kingdom Academy does not cover the cost of membership.

Current eligibility is:

  • Level 2 Housing qualifications: eligible for one year of CIH membership
  • Level 3 Housing qualifications: eligible for one year of CIH membership
  • Level 4 Housing qualifications: eligible for one year of CIH membership
  • Level 5 Housing qualifications: eligible for two years of CIH membership

The learner concessionary membership rate can be accessed once per learner.
