Testimonials

Improved my knowledge of housing...

"Most definitely [sic] in a positive manner to improve my knowledge scope of housing, to building skills in terms of negotiation, self-reflective practice and overall confidence as a housing profession to deliver on high quality standards and I have a legislative understanding of how housing operates so I can meet these requirements and understand housing service operations.
In terms of progression I am looking to go into the next role as an income officer in temporary accommodation when the role does become available as I have been in talks with my line manager Belinda. It enjoyable working with my direct team members and I like to make a difference for tenants I service its important they do manage.

My tutor Lynn Jarvie help greatly throughout the coursework given, her workshops were engaging I had enjoyable discussions and they were engaging activities and her support during the final project was immense we went over a lot of areas she booked quite a few meetings, we went over project feedback given as I had to edit parts of the report to ensure it was up to standard and although it was stressful the final project and the Apprenticeship Assessment presentation the feedback, insight and encouragement she gave was what got me through this I believe she will do well with the other cohorts to come. And Belinda my line manager was more than understanding to provide time to rehearse the presentation and has been a inspiring role model she's really friendly, responsive and helpful. AIso, I attended every session that Lynn has scheduled and each one has helped to complete the coursework given and they was a lot to cover in these sessions so its good she does schedule in breaks and makes the content interesting by encouraging discussion..
