Eligibility & Enrolment
Your learning journey begins with enrolment and induction. This stage is designed to ensure you’re fully prepared to start your apprenticeship with confidence. You’ll be introduced to the course structure, key milestones, and the support available throughout your journey. Your dedicated Kingdom Academy mentor will guide you through the induction, helping you set clear expectations for your learning experience.

Stage Two
Setting Your Personal Learning Goals
Once enrolled, you’ll reflect on your current working experience to set personal learning goals. This helps tailor your apprenticeship to your unique needs and career aspirations. Your mentor will work with you to identify areas for development and ensure your learning is relevant to your day-to-day role.

Stage Three
Core Learning (Workshops & Tutorials)
Learners will take part in interactive workshops covering essential housing topics such as tenancy management, legal frameworks, rental income, and customer engagement. These sessions are delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams, with the option of face-to-face workshops for larger cohorts.

Your mentor will provide guidance on what to include to ensure your portfolio meets the assessment requirements.

Stage Six
Progress Reviews & Mentoring

These one-to-one sessions with your Kingdom Academy mentor will help you stay on track and ensure you’re progressing towards your goals. Your mentor will provide personalised support, addressing any challenges you may face and helping you make the most of your apprenticeship.

Stage Seven
Gateway to End Point Assessment (Apprenticeship Assessment)
Once learners have completed their portfolio and project, they will progress to the Gateway stage. At this point, their employer and mentor will confirm they are ready to undertake the End Point Assessment (Apprenticeship Assessment).
📋 Gateway Requirements:
- Completion of the CIH Level 3 qualification (recommended but not mandatory)
- Evidence of assessment of Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
- Submission of a Portfolio of Evidence
- Completion of a Work-Based Project relevant to the learner’s role

Stage Eight
End Point Assessment (Apprenticeship Assessment)
The End Point Assessment consists of three key elements:
- Work-Based Project – Assessed by an independent End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO)
- Portfolio Review – Demonstrating competency across the apprenticeship standards
- Professional Discussion – A 45-minute discussion with an Apprenticeship Assessment panel to reflect on your apprenticeship journey

- Receiving your final grade from the assessment

Upon passing the End Point Assessment, learners will be awarded the Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship Including an embedded CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. They will also have the opportunity to progress to higher-level roles and further qualifications in housing.

The apprenticeship is delivered through a blended learning approach, combining interactive workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and practical application in the workplace. Learners will also complete off-the-job training through e-learning modules, projects, and assignments, with regular progress reviews by a Kingdom Academy mentor.

The apprenticeship typically takes 17 months to complete, with 14 months of learning and development followed by a 3-month Apprenticeship Assessment period.
There are no prior qualifications required to enrol in the apprenticeship.
The End Point Assessment is the final stage of the apprenticeship, where learners demonstrate their competency to an independent assessor. The Apprenticeship Assessment consists of:
- A Work-Based Project assessed by the End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO)
- A Portfolio of Evidence showcasing the learner’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours
- A 45-minute Professional Discussion with an Apprenticeship Assessment panel
Learners will be required to complete a portfolio of evidence and a work-based case study. Practical application in the workplace is essential to build the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours for the Apprenticeship Assessment.
Learners will have access to a dedicated mentor throughout their apprenticeship. Mentors provide personalised guidance, progress reviews, and feedback to help learners stay on track. Additionally, learners will benefit from interactive workshops, e-learning resources, and 1:1 tutorials to enhance their learning experience.
Yes! The course is available for both individual learners and closed cohorts for organisations. A minimum of 10 delegates is required to run a closed cohort, which allows for tailored delivery to meet the specific needs of the organisation.
Upon successfully completing the apprenticeship and passing the Apprenticeship Assessment, learners will achieve the Level 3 Housing/Property Management Apprenticeship. Additionally, learners may pursue a CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Practice, which is highly recommended to complement the apprenticeship.
After completing the Level 3 apprenticeship, learners can progress to more advanced roles, such as:
- Senior Housing Officer
- Neighbourhood Manager
- Income Manager
They may also pursue further qualifications, including the Level 4 Housing qualification or Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship.
