This is a work-based qualification, so all learning takes place through your day-to-day role, guided by a dedicated assessor. You will have regular one-to-one sessions (online or on site) to review progress, receive feedback, and plan your evidence. Learning is supported by professional discussions, guidance on best practice, and tailored resources, with all assessment activity designed to fit around your work commitments.
