Since 2009, Kingdom Academy Have Been Leading Providers Not Just In Delivering Programmes...
From the outset, we have placed learner satisfaction, outcomes, and progression at the core of everything we do, ensuring that each individual’s growth and success drives our mission.
In Spring 2026, we were awarded an Expected Standard rating by Ofsted, recognising the quality of our provision and reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality education and training.
We are now focussed on supporting employers to prepare for the forthcoming Competence and Conduct Standard, ensuring their people are equipped with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to meet regulatory expectations. With innovation, partnership and growth at the heart of our journey, we are building a legacy in skills that will support individuals, employers and communities for years to come.
The Evolution Of
Our Programmes...
Our programmes have continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of housing, construction, and leadership. From our early days, we focused on delivering high-quality training and apprenticeships, offering nationally recognised qualifications through accredited bodies such as CIH, ILM, and CMI. As industry standards and regulations developed, so too did our offer, with innovative qualifications that reflect the latest expectations and professional requirements.
In housing, we launched the Housing Passport in 2022, a unique qualification now widely adopted across housing associations and councils. In 2024, we strengthened our portfolio with exclusive CIH Accelerated qualifications at Level 4 and 5, and became the first UK provider to deliver the Senior Housing Manager Level 4, introducing a portfolio-based route that supports today’s housing leaders.
At the same time, the acquisition of Competence Matters expanded our portfolio into construction qualifications, including apprenticeships from SCQF Level 5 through to senior management. This means we can now support both individuals and employers across the built environment, ensuring that professionals at every stage of their career have access to relevant, impactful training.
Our commitment to developing flexible, industry-led programmes continues to grow, helping learners thrive in an ever-changing landscape while ensuring organisations remain compliant, competitive, and confident about the future.
